I'm Heidi, the founder and owner of Hatha With Heidi.

 

Hatha represents balance. A blend of strength & softness, effort & ease, calm & giggles. With a whole lot of heart.

I am passionate about guiding others towards their own sense of balance through movement, stillness & sound. 

 

I teach Yoga at Girl Viking Studio on Sundays at 9:00am.  Alongside weekly offerings, I host Monthly Workshops with a variety of themes, so you can choose the workshop that resonates most with you.  

 

Yoga has been such a powerful part of my own journey and I feel so grateful to be able to share it with you all.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha represents balance.  A gentle style of yoga, focusing on balancing the body and the mind through physical postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness. 

Yin Yoga

Yin is a gentle meditative practice, floor based postures are held for 2-5 minutes using props to support you. Yin yoga targets your connective tissue.

Workshops

 

At Hatha with Hatha, we know that the best way to find your way into yoga is through something you already love.

That’s why every month we run a series of unique, themed workshops that pair yoga with music, food, community and culture. Creating experiences that are as enjoyable as they are transformative. No two workshops are the same; from sound baths to reggae rhythms, yoga over lunch or coffee and cake, there’s always something new to discover.

Whether you’re a complete beginner looking for a fun way in, or a seasoned yogi wanting to explore your practice in a fresh setting, our workshops are designed to bring people together and make yoga feel less like a discipline and more like a lifestyle.
