Refund & Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance where possible.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation by ClientsÂ
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start time of the class may be transferred to another class or credited.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. For cancellation or questions, please contact

Missed Classes
If you do not attend a booked class and do not cancel in advance, the class will be considered used and no refund or credit will be given.
Workshops & Events
Workshop & Event bookings are non-refundable in order to keep workshops sustainable. Transfers may be offered at the instructors discretion.
Instructor Cancellations
If Hatha with Heidi cancels a class or event, you will be offered a full refund or a credit towards another class.
