Hatha With Heidi (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides yoga classes, workshops, and related services in the United Kingdom, both in-person and online.

By booking or attending any of our classes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

All classes must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking platform.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

By You:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class start time may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a booked class (“no-show”) will result in loss of payment.

By Us:

We may cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low attendance, venue issues).
In such cases, you will be offered an alternative class or a full refund.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to participate in yoga classes.
Please consult a GP or healthcare professional before starting if you have any medical concerns.
You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to the class.
You participate at your own risk.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Hatha With Heidi shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of participating in our classes, except where caused by our negligence.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to classes.

6. Class Conduct

We aim to create a respectful and inclusive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who behave inappropriately or disruptively, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including videos, class materials, branding, and logos, is owned by Hatha With Heidi.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
